Our Cancellation Policy:
A minimum deposit of 25% of your stay is required to reserve your
cottage.
Should your plans change, be sure to call us
within the following guidelines to ensure a
refund of your deposit less the noted
cancellation fee:

30 days - more than 14 days/ 50% deposit
refunded.
14 days- more than 7 days / entire deposit
forfeited.
